Our Year 11 and 12 Geographers travelled through the intertidal wetlands of Towra Point Nature Reserve today, examining the biophysical interactions that shape this Ramsar-listed wetland ecosystem. They measured abiotic factors in the salt marshes, littoral rainforest, and at Towra Beach. The students are among a very small group of people to have visited this protected site in the Sutherland Shire.
