Year 7 & 10 Vaccinations - Online Consent

As part of the NSW School Vaccination Program, students in Year 7 and Year 10 will be offered the following free vaccinations:

Year 10- Meningococcal ACWY vaccine.

Year 7- One dose of Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine and

One dose of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine.

Caringbah High School will be facilitating this program in 2025, running the following clinics:

Clinic 1- Year 10 Term 1 Week 8, Thursday 20th March 2025

Clinic 2- Year 7 Term 3 Week 1, Thursday 24th July 2025.

It is very important to note that vaccinations will only be provided at school if consent has been received.
