Introducing Beanstalk—an electrifying band formed by three incredibly talented Year 11 students from Caringbah High School: Jensen, Alex, and Isaac. Representing the Sutherland Shire, these young musicians have been captivating the local community with their original music.
Their outstanding performance at the ‘Battle of the Bands’ event in April at Sutherland Arts Theatre, where they competed against other talented musicians in the area, earning an honourable nomination for the Judge's Choice Award. Beanstalk advanced to the next round of the ‘Battle of the Bridges’ held recently, at Hurstville Auditorium, where they went head-to-head with musicians from the Georges River Council area with over 500 attendees. In a spectacular turn of events, the Sutherland Shire bands claimed the trophy, marking a well-deserved victory for Beanstalk!
