In this concert, Sydney Wind Symphony is thrilled to be working with the highly talented, Sydney Conservatorium of Music graduate Jenna Smith performing Arutiunian’s Trumpet Concerto. It has become a favourite in the trumpet repertoire due to its unique folk- influence, lyrical cantabile sections and virtuosic passages. Port Hacking High School Bands and Southern Highlands Concert Band will also be performing.
