Evatt Model UN Competition award winners

On Wednesday, Lachlan C and Billy B of Year 11 made Nationals in the Evatt Model UN Competition, which will be held in Adelaide at the end of the year.

Placing 4th out of 470 teams across NSW in the State Grand final, they were awarded for their extensive research and vigorous defense of the European Union on the international forum.

They were recognised by judges as the “Prince’s of POIs (points of information)” and for “throwing dirt at other nations” such as Russia and the US. Representing France on complex geopolitical issues, Lachlan and Billy put in a lot of extensive research and preparation.

Congratulations also goes to student alumni Orin K (graduating class of 2022) who entered in the Waratah Composition section (for 19-21 years) and was awarded 3rd Place.

A Remarkable Academic Achievement
