Walk for Respectful Relationships

Dayle and Wen have been chosen to speak at the Walk for Respectful Relationships event on Wednesday, November 25, 2026.

Recently, they presented their speech in front of a panel at Woolooware High School and were successfully chosen across the Shire High Schools to deliver their message on the day.

The Theme this year is "Let's All Have the Courage to Call Out, Speak Out, Help Out".

Celebrating Our Student Leadership Candidates

Recently, our students in years 7 - 10 participated in the student leadership elections to elect their representatives to serve from the start of Term 4 2026 until end of Term 3 2027.

Congratulations to all 80 students who ran. The results will be released on Monday and the student leadership induction service will be held in Week 5 or 6 of Term 4.

Stage 5 Visual Arts | Contemporary Art Excursion

Recently, our Stage 5 Visual Arts students headed into the city for an inspiring day exploring contemporary art at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) and the Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW).

Students engaged with a diverse range of contemporary artworks, artists and ideas, developing their understanding and gathering inspiration for their upcoming Visual Arts assessment task.

It was fantastic to see students thoughtfully responding to artworks, discussing ideas and making connections between what they see in the gallery and their own creative practice.

A wonderful day of art, inspiration and learning!

Year 9 Empowerher

Congratulations to all of our year 9 Empowerher students who completed the 13 weeks program. The girls learnt about developing resilience and confidence, navigating relationships and leadership by completing the Girls who Roar course. Participated in volunteering activities for Wrap with Love and Dandelion Support Network. Had a visit from Order of Australia medal recipient Kerry Bray (Miss Glennans Grandma) and cooked her famous caramel slice. Championed their way through boxing workouts lead by Mrs McCann and a tough session at Combine Air The Shire to develop mental and physical health. And celebrated their last day with a trip to Cronulla Yochi.
